John Palmer

A proud Texas A&M graduate with a degree in Construction Science, Jacob Horton has quickly made his mark in the industry through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to craftsmanship. With more than $80 million in completed commercial projects and another $9 million in custom home builds, he offers a well-rounded perspective on both large-scale and personalized construction. Jacob is driven to bridge gaps he’s witnessed in the industry by focusing on communication, transparency, and quality - ensuring every client enjoys a seamless experience and a home built to last for generations.

John Palmer earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2020, bringing a unique perspective to the construction industry through his understanding of systems, efficiency, and management. With experience overseeing more than $200 million in framing work and custom builds, John knows what it takes to construct a home the right way - from the ground up. His extensive hands-on background and attention to detail ensure every project is built with quality, integrity, and precision, providing homeowners with both a solid foundation and a smooth, enjoyable building experience.
